Not letting me load new databases or use graphics

Hi all,

Had the XML parsing errors and deleted the files it said to do.

However now it will not show any images, logos, kits or allow me to use editor data and new databases.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Re-install fm maybe ?
deleting files is never a good idea lol
