Not many scouts showing up with Everton

Hey guys I just would like to know if this happens with you lot as well. Basically I have taken the job as Everton manager and I want to sign some more scouts to improve the knowledge I have loaded over 20 leagues and I have a large player database (100,000 players) yet hardly any scouts from other countries come up even when I untick unrealistic targets. However when I load up my Manchester United save there are loads more scouts that come up is it because Everton are a team that fight for a spot in the top half/Europa league????

The more the scouting knowledge you already have, the more people show up I believe. Because United have knowledge of such a vast number of countries, more scouts show up, probably say compared to Everton. Atleast, that'd be my hunch.

Yup - bring in somebody from South America such as Newton Motta and Ayres Albuquerque and suddenly more scouts will appear. It actually doesnt even have to be scouts. As soon as I bring in Batista Dos Santos (and I always bring him in), more people appear.

Btw if you want staff ideas and guidance, there's loads in ASK UNCLE MAD ...
