Not one change in player's attributes within 8 months.
How is that possible?

He's 30. He's at his peak, and likely won't get any better or worse at all for a while.

Well yeah. It's not exactly unusual. Also, your training programmes might be rubbish.

Might be something wrong with the game. same for most of the players.
I even put them on a rest for 2 weeks, and nothing changes.
injured players do not have arrows ponting down wards in attributes either.
Seems like the training/attributes part of my game do not work at all.

BY the way, I also used Dunc's training program, which, by his groupies here works well.
