Not working

My FM 2011 isn't working,

or I think it is the Steam that doesn't work.
I have it on Mac, and I manage to get on Steam, but when I click "PLAY" at FM 2011 is just keeps loading, and the programme doesnt respond.

i had this, had to delete Steam AND Fm2011, then reinstall it

But I thought you could only use the code once?

With my Fm 2010 when it got deleted I had to install it without Steam, and just use the disc

But you have a steam account, and on it, it knows you purchased it, i've reinstalled my fm like 4 times because of problems

Well I installed it again,but I can't get into steam, I get this message:

"Steam needs to be online to update.Please confirm your network connection and try again."

And I have full internet...
