Nothing helps..

I'm playing at Blue Square Bet North with FC United of Manchester. Started league very well, I was 2nd for about half a season, although expectations are that my team will finish 20th. Then gradually started to lose my form, but suddenly out of nowhere won league game 10-0. After that win I started to lose everything. Now I'm in 8 loss streak and find myself in 9th place.
I've tried change my tactics, do team talks, team meetings, everything I have done before with other teams when my form is very poor. But now, nothing helps.. WHAT SHOULD I DO to make it at least to playoffs?

haha, HOW am I supposed to do that???? All the team meetings have gone great, everyone's motivated (at least it's said like that), before every game at team talk screen it says all players are motivated/happy. And even in the squad list everyone's moral is good/very good. so, is there another way???

try to go on player interaction and talk to as many of the players as you need to mate. Hope this helps.
