Notification when staff members approached

Is there any way to be notified when Any staff member is approached by another club? Only on a few occasions have I been aware of a coach/scout being approached by another club while the rest I find out when they have already agreed terms and left. (subscribe option is greyed out)

This happens to me too. But usually if I press F2 it will say in transfers section.

Ususally any of your staff members even being interested in moving alerts your through news.

Usually for me even if any of my staff member is approached I get a notification,wonder what patch u guys are on cause I have not known of anyone else to face this problem
