So from yesterday until today, I've somehow got 185 notifications, all of which are quotes.

When I click on the notification button it says "Server extremely busy try again later"

Wtf is up, did someone spam the forum or something?

No, check the site improvements thread for more info.

I got it sorted, it finally let me on after a while, showed about 8 quotes over the past 3 months, and the red box went away.

No idea why it showed up in the first place

Honestly, there really isn't any info about it. Just other people saying the same thing as I did.

No answers yet?

What? Did you even read it?

Lee said it was updating the quotes, as your now notified if your quoted, I guess so it's easier for you to keep track on the threads your having debates in.

What do you mean answers? You had a lot of notifications because something has been installed onto the forum that makes people quote you pop up as a notification.

And to the "Server extremely busy try again later", it happens, this forum can get extremely busy.

I also had this, was a bit freaked out at first but then I read the Site Improvements thread and then understood why. :)

I don't understand what there is to freak out about... you get some notifications so you click it... it goes away.

But yeah, I did explain in the Site Support thread what was going to happen.

I got it as well and was absolutely petrified/terrified/alarmed/frightened, but then I realised it was just quotes on a forum and stopped being so dramatic.

I don't understand why you would even need to check the site support & comments. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out on your own.
