Nottingham Forest - First time i have struggled with a team in years... Advice/Help?I

I have a AMC tactic and A simple 4-2-2-2. Only made one signing being Joe Newell as Nottm Forest do not have a natural AML. Attacking play aint too bad with billy sharp, simon ***, mcgugan etc... Defence is currently terrible with my CB's having an overall rating of 6.5's.

If you have any suggestions on tactics/team talks/transfers etc, it will be much appreciated? Also would love to hear others who are managing nottm forest currently and how they are finding things.

No attacking AML, you've got the Irish Maradona in Andy Reid! Tut! Get out of my club ahaha joking - no I'm in the same boat too, I lost my first game 4-1 at home to Burnley! I brought Ribiero in on a free as I personally don't rate Harding, but he's been awful so far. Got Wickham in on loan and he's been a revelation, but that's about it
