If you want to stick with a 4-2-3-1, then I'd play something like;
Darlow
Lichaj - Hobbs - Wilson - Cohen
Tesche - Vaughan
Patterson - Reid - Antonio
Assombalonga
Id pay Assombalonga as a Main striker, and get him to score the most goals as he is OP. Use Patterson and Antonio to either cross the ball in or play as an inside-forward
