Notts Co. can't win at home.

Im using the Barca 4-1-2-2-1 formation and it works perfectly away from home, but I'm not winning many games at home. Any ideas on things I could change to make this happen?

Go more attacking at home. You have the advantage and you need to use it. Spend as much time as possible in their half of the pitch and you will start to win games.

What setting does the striker need to have? And the attacking midielders?

Depends who they are. For example; Andy Carroll is going to have a different striker setting that a fast paced striker...
