So, after using Zero Sea's Fairyland tactic for the past 3 seasons, I've decided to try and create my own tactic. I think (in theory) i'm there but just want some advice from people who actually know what they are talking about.
Because i'm Plymouth (Second season in the prem) I wanted to go for a formation using the 'superdeep defense' that I read about in the Building From The Back- How to set up an Effective defence. Centre Backs thread, so I can counter well. Thinking of going something like
GK-Goalkeeper-Defending
LB- Fullback- set to Defending
CB-Limited Defender-Defending
CB-Limited Defender-Defending
RB-Fullback set to Defending
MCR-Box to Box
MCL-Deep Lying Playmaker-Defending
AML-Inside Forward-Attacking
AMR-Inside Forward-Attacking
STCR-Target Man-Support
STCL-Poacher-Attacking
I have my doubts though...
Should i have a DM for a bit of extra support?
What kinda Philosophy to go for?
What strategy to go for?
