NUFC 38million transfer budget...

hi all, im new to this so please bare forgive me if i do anything wrong or what not. anyway i was starting a season with newcastle united from someones guide on here (sorry i didnt look at the user who created it) but when i strt the season the transfer budget i get is a loy higher but so are the plyer valuations, so please can anyone tell me if i have done anything to change the budget, thank you.
