Number of coaches your team starts a game with

This might be a stupid question, but what determines the number of coaches your team has when you start a game with them?

Like is it something that is changed in the editor?

it is basically based on real life. the staff at the clubs are the real staff based on when the game was made. the unemploed staff are a mix of real people and generated people

Some clubs have loads some have very few. Simple as that.

Aye I know that. What I meant is in the editor is there a way to increase the number of coaches allowed for a team? Likewise is there a way to decrease this?
