Which one of the major leagues in Europe would you say have the least scheduled games per year (not including friendlies)?

Im wondering because my favorite part of the game at the moment is to see youth player develop, and therefore I want the time in the game to go past as fast as possible. But at the same time, the matches I can give my youth players, the more they develop.

I currently play as SLB in the portugese league. I chose SLB due to that the portugese league only have 30 games a year, compared to the normal 38. But the portugese league also have an xtra-cup (just like BPL), which is about 5-6 years a season.

All top leagues play around 50 games per season if you make it to the cup finals, domestically that is. Adding Europe in the most a team from a top league would play is 15. So, all major European leagues play approximately 55-65 games per season.
