Number One Tactic

I am starting a new game with Shrewsbury Town in League Two.

I have previously used tactics by Mr Hough but have stalled a couple of times in the Championship usually due to the fact the tactic I have used means conceeding alot of goals.

Has anyone got any suggestions for a well balanced tactic I could use and can you provide links to it???

please use the stickies in future.. there are lots of very good tactics around.

I would suggest using this one and tweaking it to your liking.... (its very good defensively)
