Numbered kits in the tactics menu

Hi, very new to this site and FM2010 and wondering if someone could quickly explain how to get numbered kits to appear on the backs of where my players are in the tactics screen. At the moment they are just plain boring names and it looks dull.
I have installed a Premiership kit pack but this only appears in 'Overview' when I'm playing a match. I understand how to install most other graphics so not a complete noob, but just stuck on this particular problem.
