Numbered sliders

Is there some skins that in the tactic sliders (team and individual, obviously) add the number of the setting to a side?

I know someone here made a small change to the default so it would show them, but I can't find the thread where he posted the link and I didn't download it when I saw it.

The one I saw, I found, and had in the end downloaded when I saw it. Now I'm unsure whether I forgot to try or I had some problem with it.

Does anyone know if there is any other skin that have the same function built in? I used to have a different skin, with FM09 look, and I can't seem to find it
