After more then year absence from FM comunity I decided to buy FM24.
Finaly having some time to play and trying many tactics from some creators from this year I strugglled to find a tactic that is equaly good home and away and it was really hard to uderstand what system works the best to be able to defend well but also to score some goals.
This is tweak from one of the @delicious amazing tactics so all credits go to him offcorse
I still didnt complete the season with Genoa med. pred. 10 place but results I made until now giving me confidence that this is really strong balanced tactic .
I am still observing matches trying to improve set pieces as I always do and for now I am more then happy
Playing this game many years I was never be able to beat strong team like Roma in away by 8 0 score :eek:
I will post my results until I finish the season 🔥

Seems to be really strong,do you use OI and do you change mentally or something when you play away from home?

No OI,i never change mentality,its always on balance,only thing what I do sometimes is when I see that oposition MC is playing as mezzala or CM and coming further to to my box is that one of the volantes i change to support*one of them on the side against opositon MC*staying closer to him helps me easier follow his movements

Thanks mate,i tried many shapes,for now only 3412 gives me the best balance home and away with less stronger teams

Yeah i was never fan of the wingers tactics,this is ideal who have lot of strikers and midfelders,but the key is on the sides,just try to find good wingbacks that can cross and defend in the same time
I picked Genoa because they have team that fits tactic 100%
 
i used holiday mode and let it run 1 season as Chelsea. Came 4th only at the end and lost 10 matches....

Couldn't copy your excellent results

Yeah for every tactic you need players who fit the system,I didn't tested in PL but I will after Genoa save
And holiday test I don't do never😉
 
Finally someone who uses a 3 man defense, I love it. Can I ask if you use any set pieces in particular?
