This is basic tactic with just some minor changes on set pieces.
Evolution is the team that I was able to built in this 2 seasons and use of the 3 different mentality depends on the oponent especially in away CL games against OP teams like Man Utd City and others.
What I understood playing this year version on FM is like the previous version, having the strong balanced tactic is always advantage plus always using My Meta filters when I am searching for the players
-Tall players with good jumping reach
-Defenders minimum 187 cm
-Left foot ol left and vice versa
-Determination 12+
-Work rate 12+
-Concentration 12+
-Composure 12+
-Acceleration 13+(Except Lorenzo Lucca )
-Pace 13+
(for every position except AMC who doesn't need to be tall but strong technical,but it's always big bonus if he is,even on this position)

Any player list or recommended players for "meta" type each poisiton?

I didn't try it because I like Number 10 slot occupied always,but it can work offcorose

Nothing special,I give it to my assistant manager to do it,I just make sure to add on empty slot team bonding and routine training in every week,that's all
