Hi guys

Im in my 3rd season with Arsenal now but im kind of struggling in the goal scoring department! I'm playing 4 3 3, with de rossi as a dmc, pastore and fabregas as advanced playmaker attack, and 3 up top are chamakh, target man, attack, aguero, trequartista and benzema as advanced forward, attack.

Philosophy: Rigid
Starting Strategy: Control
Passing style: Shorter
Creative Freedom: More Expressive
Closing down: press more
Marking: Man Marking

Im creating between 15 to 20 chances a game but hardly any on target! one game i had 24 shots but only 2 on target!!! which is rather ridiculous!!!

Anyone have any experience on getting their players to hit the target? Benzema previously went 1000 odd minutes without scoring!

Thanks in advance for any tips and/or pointers! :)

try aguero as your far left striker as a poacher with max creative freedom and a free role. he was a 30+ goalscorer for me back in fm10 and i don't expect him to not be in fm11 (although i did go with a 4-2-4 so he played tended to be slightly more central i suppose). personally don't think aguero's best as a trequartista as he doesn't run with the ball enough and you have enough advanced playmakers that you don't really need him to be sitting back trying to create instead of running at (and hopefully through) the defense.

Philosophy control? Woww how did you do that? Set chamakh to support, aguero and benzema as poachers.

Ha!!! good spot... smaaalll typo! lol.... ok cheers... shall have a go.. altho aguero just scored 3 as an advanced forward..... hmmm

Might want to set Philosophy to fluid/v fluid, as having expressive creative freedom and rigid philosophy kind of cancels each other out.
