When do you offer new contracts to your players ?
i leave it till early into the new sesson when i get a top preformance outs them
in my 2nd sesson with westham i had a realy hard start manu / home
chelsea / home and arsnal away 2 simple games b4 that i won the 1st game was villa /home 2nd game blackburn away totlay battered them 3.0
offered contracts to the guys i wont to keep and havent lossed yet
drew with ac millan /home 3.3 with them going 2 up at half time slapped them about at half time and got them working .
after when i played millan away i won 4.1
i am in 1st place in prem qualified for knockout in champs
still early yet but i have all my players playing there top game since i offered them new contracts
