Official regen-date list!?

Hey.
I have found this list:

But it seems to be partially incorrect.

So is there someone that can link me with an official list of regen-dates?
Or is there someone, that is up for making an official and updateable thread?

Aren't they the same as in fm13? and otherwise you can easily make a list by going to World --> Transfers --> Youth Intake

It's not the same (but maybe some dates are?).
I know I could make the list myself, but I would rather benefit from someone else work

But there a lot of incorrect dates in that list - so still looking for a updated list
