OGC Nice Tactic

I'm not sure what tactic to use, because I can only sign free agents and not sign people to fit my own tactics. Any advice is appreciated! (K)

Go through the squad you have, work out who are the best players are and create a tactic that has as many of them playing in their preferred positions/roles as possible. Use free transfers and the loan system to fill in the gaps and provide back-up and over time, you'll be able to use frees, loans and the transfer market to shape the squad towards whichever tactical formation you would rather use.
