Hi,

I am managing in the lower league and have a player surplus to requirements. I have tried to sell him but no one wants to know not even for free.

Now finances are tight down here and he will accept a 10k mutual termination, do I do it or not? Or just leave him up for sale?

Mutual termination is just paying 50% of his remaining contract. That's better than you letting him rot on the bench and risk paying him in full if you can't sell him.
