I'm new to this editing but am looking to change the Champions League back to a 2 legged knockout competition with only the previous seasons league champions being entered. Same with the Europa League but with the League runners up from the previous season only. Would be nice to bring back the European Cup Winners Cup also.
In addition, is there a way to introduce a 3 foreigners per squad rule for all Clubs in all leagues?
Any advice or help would be appreciated.
