Creating a new database with Rangers and Celtic in the Championship. Can't figure out how to get them in the English League Cup. They're in the FA cup and Championship only. Any suggestions?

Should be automatic simply because they are entered into the Championship. Have you tried starting a new game?

Started a couple with different tweaks. Tried having them as one of the reistered teams in the league cup and without. No Joy.

Try setting their last league to the Championship instead of SPL and see if that helps
