One striker

Hey guys, I'm playing 4-5-1 and my only striker is a poacher, he is small and wont be able to win any headers.

My question is, how do I make my team pass the ball in his feet, and not in header?

on the team settigs set your target man to your striker(leave role as a poacher) and select target man supply to feet.
