Online Network Game Runs slow and even slower in matches

Basically I am hosting an online game which moves fine for me as i am host. There is 4 of us, me and 3 others. 3 of us play on macs the other is a pc user. One of the mac users and the pc user have a game speed problem. The game runs slow, when you click a name of team etc its takes like 15 seconds to load and matches literally moves 1 second at a time. The other mac user is perfectly fine, game runs like mine. It is annoying as match days take forever. All computers are highly upgraded and when playing single player files all run smoothly as possible.

Is there any solution to this as it is so annoying and can barely move. Also when i play one of them my game speed drags all the way down to theirs.

Its a known issue that SI is trying to sort out. In 13.2.1, its much better than in previous patches though but still not good enough

I am not that good with comps and specs but if its only down to the actuall game, then no.
