Online problem

When me and my friend tries to play online the game crashes and creates a dumpfile everytime. The crashes are random, but it always happens. We have verified the game files and everything was fine. No add ons like emblems and such.

I can read the crash files, so if anyone can please let me know

delete all the crash dumps in your my docs
theres more in prog files steam apps common fm14 too
verify the cache after in steam libaery fm properties local files
get ya mate to do it too
should sort it

Did not work. The game still crashed. I only have this problem with online..
