So i recently got fired by the Dutch FA after losing to Norway in the Euro Quarterfinals, and then soon after the competition was over, spain, england, and other EU countries had their managers gone.

then this happened.

so which one should i choose,

Spain
Italy
Serbia
Ukraine

Edit: i rejected England. i have no intention going back to manage them.

Hmm. Seeing as its 2020, its really more down to you, and what team you would rather pick.

Italy and Spain would be the best choice if you want too jump into an easy qualification round, good regens and make winning tournaments alot easier. Just pick a good tactic, the best players from your pool and success is generally on a plate for you.

If that doesn't float your boat then I would pick Serbia or Ukraine for more of a long-term project. Obviously these countries won't have past success, and won't get loads of great regens. The league structure isn't too great, so you would need more dedication to the job. It could take 3/4 tournaments too challenge for something, if creating your own tactic.

So really if you prefer a challenge- Go for Serbia or Ukraine. If you prefer a more easier job, and better players- Go for Spain or Italy.

In terms of players, I'd say spain but I'm guessing the job would be the hardest out of the four to keep.

I've got the Italy job on my Liverpool game and it's fairly easy.

my top scoring regen is a sebrian fav.
spain got quality regens.
same for italy
question marks over Ukraine.
