Only one keeper in national team

I just started a game managing the South Korea national team. There is only one Goalkeeper in the squad, and only one in the national pool (same one obv). When I look at clubs with Korean keepers, the players are greyed out.

There are 3 internationally retired keepers, all of whom said no to being called up again.

Since you need 3 keepers in your squad, I actually can't even proceed to my first match. Anyone know how to make them obtainable?

Are you running the korean league?

I have both K and N leagues up, made sure of it.

Ah I've fixed it. I'd set K/N Leagues after beginning the game, and they weren't usable until december. Started a new game and now I have goalkeepers.
