Only showing players first names!?

So, I was playing FM last night and everything was fine. Today I come on to play and it updates then when I go on it says it can't load the game, so now I had to play on from an auto save about a month behind and the majority of the players name are JUST there first. For example, I'm Newcastle and Taylor, Dummett, Elliot and Cisse only show there first names!! Any help??
