Hi,
I've been playing Football manager ( actually started from Championship manager don't remember 2 or 3 ) for years. Some years more, some years less But always was buying new edition no matter what, no exception and for FM17. But already for some >5 years I've been catching myself for playing on "auto-mode" after some 5-10 hours into new game. I mean - same tactic for each game, same substitutes , same opposition instructions and etc. I just lost hope that any fine tuning for each game is needed. If I play at home - more attacking power, if away - just counter attack and thats it.
But I want to believe that there is more intelligent way how to prepare for each game individually - analyse opponent tactic, players to find weaknesses ( but what weaknesses for example top PL teams have? ) , change my player roles and etc. So what is your way to prepare for matches? I found some "tactical planning" guide, but to my mind it is too general. How you prepare for each match? Any guides/ posts to recommend Thanks for discussion.
