does any one use this if so in what way

i always turn both strikers on to their weaker foot
close the wingers down and if they have someone good in the centre, ie, alonso,gerrard,fabregas etc i tackle hard
sometimes man mark the striker if hes slow and an aerial threat
NEVER tackle hard on strikers, give away so many penalties

Yes, and I set all the oppositon to:

Tight Marking - Sometimes
Close Down - Always
Show onto to foot - Weaker
Tackling - Hard

They never get anytime on the ball.

I tight mark on someone like Peter Crouch, tall target men, and I tell my Tallest center half to mark that striker.

I never find that I give away too much penalties when I tackle hard on strikers. On average I'd say I lose 3-4 pens a season.

yes always set opposition instructions.
i set tackling hard on a striker for one game against Utd on Ronaldo and the diving ***** got 2 penalties and lost me the Fa Cup -.-
