Do I have to set these OIs before every match, or is it a way that I can "save" this, so it automatic comes in at the OI side at the game?

You can set OIs on your tactic screen, although (obviously) it'll be OIs against a specific position rather than a specific player.

Will this be saved then? And automatic come in before each game? Tried this before, and when I get to the game, theres nothing and I must do it manually.

It will be there, if you set it in the club tactics screen, its against the postitions. when it loads in prematch you view the 'against players' first. If you click on show positions in the the top right. you will see your saved ones.

If you play the full mode then you can set OIs only once in the "Tactic Menu"
