Opposition time wasting

Surely I am not the only one who gets annoyed at the ridiculous amount of time that the referee lets opponents waste at freekicks, throws or corners when its late in the game and you need a goal. Sometimes in the process of them picking the ball up, walking to the corner and then finally taking it over 2 or 3 minutes goes by at times. Can you imagine if the referee let them do that in real life, the fans would go crazy. In real life if a player stands at a dead ball situation for more than 15 or 20 seconds and refuses to take it he gets a yellow card, but in FM players are allowed to waste as much time as they like. Its incredibly annoying, I hope they fix this in the next game.

Yeah, almost as annoying as the referee letting the game go on way past injury time when you're holding on to a fragile lead. Conceded so many goals in the 95+ minutes, it's not even funny anymore.

sometimes when im losing by 1 goal and say there is 4 minutes added on and the opposition has a goalkick their kepper stands there not kicking the ball waiting for the whistle to go and then the whistle does go its well annoying

Or, my absolute favorite (although it only happened twice so far): I get a late corner opportunity, down one goal, and the final whistle goes before the corner is taken....thanks ref.

The ref should give out yellow card for time wasting and it should be like in real life the whistle shouldnt go until the ball makes it to the halfway point. Plus i think advantage should be able to be played too.

i agree with skorpio
