Im not sure whether he will play enough because they have mata, hazard, marin, ramires, mikel, lampard, etc but there is no doubting he is a quality player. Chelsea could be serious title contenders if they gel because they have a solid defense, very creative midfield, an engine and a couple of quality strikers. With a RB (Debuchy/maicon) and a striker (Hulk/Cavani) i think they will take it by storm
