other manager and player interaction

Hi guys,

I am in my second season with FM2012. I am trying to interact with players and other managers but the same options keep on coming up. For example I want to comment on managers recent signings, state of pitch etc but those options are always greyed out. Also I want to make comments about players but other options are constantly greyed out.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried the different "mentality" options? I know some options are only possible if "Assertive" etc
