Out on loan or play for the reserves?

What do you guys think that the best option is for younger players, lets say Paul Pogba in Man Utd in the first season, or anyone else you guys can think of?

Theres nothing more valuable than first team football for a young player, so if you can find a suitable loan team, that should be your first option.

On loan, providing the team is minimum championship level and you reckon he will get at least 20 starts
