Found a chinese regen but unable to sign him due to work permit being rejected, was wondering if there was anyway I could sign him and send him out on loan etc ?
You need a feeder club in Europe, preferably Belgium etc., where they get EU-citizenship after three years and loan him out there. You'll have to ask your board for a feeder club to get work permits.
