If you apply a training session where all the bars are on full, will this make the player loose weight?

I done this with Ronaldo but he just kept getting injured, I think their should be a Loose Weight Regime training section.

Yeah don't go overboard with Strength/Aerobic training or your players will get injured. ;)

You would think Aerobic would be the most influential on player weight though.

First of all, athletes do not generally lose weight from working out. If they've had a wee break they may gain some weight, but I know from personal experience that not training causes me to lose weight through muscle, which is heavier than fat, turning into fat. Some players could maybe do with some working out to gain strength, but would only increase their weight to be fair.

Muscle can't turn into fat as they are two different bodily substances!
Q.I proved it, so just correcting that.

Also, in my game I stopped Ronaldo doing training (very light) and he stayed the same untill season end

By turning into I meant you burn the fat and your muscles get bigger. I'd presume nobody thought turning lipids into muscle fibre actually could be done.

Ronaldo keeps geting injuried all of the time in real life. He plays one match, and get injuried for 5 (no joking). No surprise if it's happening in the game.

Its not like that mate, and I watch Brazilian football . At least I can say that Neymar will not be half the player that Ronaldo was and still is, he still has that spark within :)

ok, I exaggerated <), but , today is the first time he will be able play 3 matches in row in the Brazilian League this year.
It's sad because his "technical atributtes" are still superb, the only problem is the physical part. I think that if he didn't have got so many serious injuries during his carrer, he would still be a top player.

But today, the way he is, Neymar is much better than him.

Neymar is a great player , but will never be the player that Ronaldo was mate, just my opinion

I hate to agree, but you're right :S
I tought you were saying that the fat Ronaldo of today is better Neymar ^^). The Ronaldo in his top form was much better than Neymar is, and probably better than Neymar will be in the future too :'(.

Tbh mate, I dont like Neymar, spoiled little boy, who thinks he is great already. the only Santos player that I like is Paulo Henrique(Ganso) :)

You're right, he is a wasted talend. There's too much hype from the press on him, and it spoiled him. But I hope he changes his way, he has a huge potential, but without professionalism, he will be just like Robinho, a big disappointment.

(wow, I think we deviated from the thread subject (6))

I don't think there would be any point to specifically making an overweight game character unless it fit the character himself. Like if you had a game character who was a 30yo shut-in still living in mom's basement, playing Warcraft and living on hot pockets... then sure, make him overweight. The thing is, most people, regardless of weight, don't play games because they look like the character and can relate to him, they play games to live vicariously through the character and do things they would never be able to do in real life... whether it's carjacking someone, slaying a dragon, rescuing the princess, or catching a pokemon. That's why most game characters tend to be in-shape or good looking.. the players aren't trying to play a rendition of themselves, they're playing something that they would like to be.

as far as i know, player weight in the game is used purely as a statistical figure and has no effect on player performance or anything of the like.
