Oxford off to the Championship

Attempting to get Oxford from Blue Square to competent enough to avoid relegation in the Championship before moving on.

Attempting by not downloading any tactics and using my own training regime.

Only thing i've done is add Reunion as a nation...but only signing for key positions.


Currently played a friendly at home to Notts country and won 2-1.

Will edit this thread with training schedules, Tactics and signings etc

Edit - Messed up print screen and managed a whole new season which got me promoted in to League 1 next year!

Here's my current team and tactic:

Started off with my own tactic in the Blue Square called 'Swamp thing' since it focuses on Possession football building up attacks, but didn't find it adequate for League 2. As a result i started using Tylerbode Pirahna tactic and a Bengal fire tactic from another site. Next season thinking of using Pirahna for home games and switching my pitch to the smallest since atm it's the largest it can be.
