How do i get best out of him, he's a great player but no matter what tactic i use there are only ever flashes of what he can do, a'la real life. Was thinking alter his stats but don't really want to.

Nah, he's decent, maybe not Celtic quality. But i played him behind a ST in 4-4-1-1 with free roam, and cross from anywhere, and he done well for me, then West Ham stole him off me for 8M. I was Derby Btw

Use him as a skillful super-sub, or a rotational back-up. From past experiences I find him a very handy squad player. (H)
