hi all, my parent club is arsenal, but they havent sent me any players yet, should i offer for players, or just wait? help would be appreciated

lets say if birmingham is parent club and liverpool is feeder club, liverpool can only get birmingham players IF birmingham lets them leave right? liverpool does not have any rights over player, like moving players right?

This wouldnt happen mate as liverpool would never ever ever be a feeder club they are just too big of a team, least of all to brum
