Im currently Boss at Hednesford town my fih Club in 3 seasons but im now settled here..
I never normally bother much with Training as i never see much improvement but have recently started to look into this more after talking to my Football Clubs Boss about how he approaches Training!
But Part Time training is very obviousley different from Full Time, i expect that the lads will train 2 maybe 3 days a week (or nights) so how should i best approach Training.
I have allways set it up so i have 1st taam, Light sessions, Reservers, Defending, Attacking, Ball Control etc...
And in this i set the certain training aspect to medium top/high and also set the stamina and agility light top as well. But is that needed do you need to set fitness training when you are say just concentrating on Ball Control or Tactics??
Any ideas or tips will be greatfully appreciated.
