pass into space = more risky passes?

Is more risky passes is pass into space for one player? This is only alternative, where one player through pass into space, not all team?

Most players have risky passes on "sometimes", which you can see if neither More or Fewer Risky Passes is selected or hard-coded to the role. The only step up from that is asking for More Risky Passes. If you don't use that PI, the TI Pass Into Space will do the same thing, ie instruct that player to play More Risky Passes. So combining the 2 will do nothing for a player like that.
