In my game 2012 pat rice is informed me he is leaving the great game at the end of the season after 3 years of missing out on the title and only winning fa cup and the league cup, 4th year do the triple (title,champ cup,league cup) when he leaves i dont know who to replace him can any one give me a good advice for a great replacement. by the way I'm arsenal if that was not made clear.
