Past players staying in the game

Five seasons in and i have noticed a lot of past players are staying in the game and being given chances
Michael Owen New Hull Manager
Kevin Kilbane New Stoke Manager
Fabio Cannavaro New Napoli Manager
and theres a load of coaches like Clarence Seedorf and Sami Hyypia
Has anybody else noticed this....

Yeah, I've noticed that a lot more ex-players stay on, compared to previous FM.

giggs, on fm09 always stays as coach, he is always the guy i get.​

On FM2009 I got Gerrard as Burnley Manager and van Nistelrooy coaching a Second Division team from Holland, not sure its name.

On 09 I saw Owen coaching Barcelona...

Yeah 09 had a few but its like every player stays on in fm10 i just signed camaronasei as a scout
