Put Affelay as a rotation and
Neymar - Pastore - Modric
rotate Affelay with the one that plays the worst constantly.

You can get them both, like you said Chelsea is near relegation and he's probably come in cheap.

Don't bother with neymar, way better winger/inside forwards out there than him.
If you're playing him in the middle then pastore easily.
