Try lowering it then ask for the suggest terms from the Agent thats what i do when big wages come up usually will lower it

im playing with liverpool.

and when i try to lower it with suggest terms, the lowest i get is 180k wage,14m signing on fee and 6-7m agent fee..so its still bit high
